Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data (both internal and external) in support of our pricing proposals for assigned lines of business/regions.
- Prepare insurance filings for regulatory approval and respond to insurance department inquiries.
- Participate in system testing of new products and enhancements.
- Support the underwriters and Vault Concierge by providing technical support in policy quotes.
- Ensure streamlined implementation and product profitability.
- You understand how critical your relationship is with the various teams at Vault. You are thoughtful about offering suggestions about the product to facilitate doing business with Vault.
- Work with a sense of urgency around resolution, keep management informed, and follow up in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the entire team and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of insurance experience in an analytical role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and analytical.
- Must strive to provide service levels that exceed industry standards and promote teamwork across functional areas.
- Strong time management skills, being able to handle multiple tasks.
- Resourceful and results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and internet research tools.
- Ability to Query Databases (experience in SQL, Power BI, etc.).
- Actuarial Examinations passed.
