Here is how our hiring process typically works for most roles, and what you can expect:
Step 1, HR Screening: A 30-min phone interview which includes culture, locations (hybrid/remote work), about us and about you, benefits, and compensation, to see if we are a good match.
Step 2, Hiring Manager Interview: You’ll meet with your potential hiring manager for a virtual meeting on Teams or in-person at the closest office. The interview will deep dive into resume, role specific experience, and level setting on role expectations.
Step 3, Panel and/or Executive Interview for High-Level Roles: If you are interviewing for a high-level role within Vault, you may be asked to do a panel interview or interview with one of our C-suit executives. This can include meeting a mix of leaders and potential team members to determine mutual fit.
Step 4, Onboarding: If everyone aligns, you’ll receive an offer letter. Upon acceptance, you’ll begin your onboarding and training. Welcome to Vault, we are excited for you to grow with us!
