Vault Insurance Companies Promote New President and Chief Operating Officer

WEST PALM and ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Oct. 30, 2023 — Vault Insurance Companies and Vault Holdings, LLC (“Vault”) is excited to announce the promotions of Paul Bassaline to President of Vault and Jessica Brooks to Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of Vault & Chief Administrative Officer of Vault headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL. 

Paul Bassaline joined Vault as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) in June 2022, bringing rich experience and knowledge. His academic foundation was laid at the University of Florida, and he began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). Paul’s journey led him to senior finance roles at NextEra Energy, Inc. (“NextEra Energy”) in Juno Beach, Florida, a global leader in the utility and energy sectors. As CFO, Paul contributed to the success of Crum & Forster, Tower Hill Insurance Group & Constellation Affiliated Partners. 

As President, Paul will take on a broader and more pivotal role in shaping the future of Vault. He brings his outstanding financial expertise, strategic insights, and a deep understanding of Vault’s organizational values and goals. 

Jessica Brooks joined the Vault team as Assistant Vice President (“AVP”) of Vault Concierge Operations in March 2019. With a background in Business Management from the University of South Florida, she began her career as an account executive for a national wholesale broker. Jessica’s 15-year tenure in the insurance industry brings a wealth of experience in Property & Casualty underwriting, team expansion & management. Within two years, Jessica tripled the size of Vault’s Customer Service Team and initiated the launch of the Vault Training department. 

As Chief Operating Officer, Jessica will play a key role in overseeing our daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives that will further strengthen Vault’s stunning growth in the industry as a leader of custom insurance. 

Bassaline and Brooks have been invaluable assets to Vault, demonstrating unwavering dedication, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to our company’s mission.
